I am trying hard (but tbh not hard enough) to get back into my meditation practice. It requires time and mental acuity that I don't always have. Plus I can't already be super dizzy or it just doesn't work cause I get dizzier from focusing with my eyes closed. But it really is a practice that with time and patience can truely help calm and center you. Mindfulness is a treasure, albeit a hard to come by one. If anyone ever wants to discuss what I've tried in this arena and what works for me, plz feel free I'm always here to talk and try to help. My main tip is to use music while meditating- 432hz tracks (you can find oodles on YouTube)..it is the best vibration for me to be able to sink into without my head hurting more. I also prefer uber calming ones with little extra tones. Less distracting and easier for me to listen to overall in that way. Hugs.
