Step 1: Ingredients: 2 medium sized Tomatoes, 2-3 green chilis, 2 onions chopped, 5-6 cloves of garlic, boiled Spinach, salt to taste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, Asafoetida (Hing Powder), 2-3 cloves, and lemon juice.
Step 2: Heat up oil and butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic, chopped onions, tomatoes, and slitted chili. And let it cook for few mins. Let it rest for a bit and than make a gravy. Add little water while making a gravy.
Step 3: Blanch the spinach by boiling it in hot and salted water. Let it cook for 2 minutes. Let it rest and make a paste out of it. Add a bit of water if needed.
Step 5: Heat up a oil in the same pan add jeera, Hing, dhaniyajeera powder, Chilli powder, and salt. Add 2 cloves and make sure the pan is heating on medium heat as we don’t want masalas to burn.
Step 5: Add the onion and tomatoes gravy and let it cook. Than add spinach paste and let it cook.
Step 5: Add paneer and lemon or lime juice and cook it for 30 secs. Taste and add masalas if required.
Step 6: Serve it hot with Paratha, rice, and onions.
