The (awesome) Airbnb that we stayed at was booked up during the weekend, so it meant we had to find another place to stay for a few days. I saw that Cinque Terre in Italy was "only" a 6-hour drive, so I said, hell yeah, let's go!
Well, a 6-hour drive in Europe is nothing like driving in the US. Because everyone else is a really good driver, you really have to be "on it" or else other drivers will get mad. On top of that, the majority of the way down was on toll roads, which added more stress to the drive. Fortunately, we made it without incidents, and our next Airbnb, Flat 81, and its host, Davide, was awesome.
This is the first town that we explored. Being that it's Friday, it was packed. But as the sun sets, it got much quieter. Eventually, it was just us and one or two other photographers watching the waves crashing in and taking pictures in the dark.
