🥊🥊It was great to a see a client for their mental performance for a boxing fight last weekend. He did me proud and fought with heart and got the win. All for charity too.🥊🥊 ◇(Formerly being the KO coach I used to get to see a fair few fighters)
👉When I see a fight like this (first I feel super proud, to all those who step into the ring and the work they put into it) 💝
Whether stepping into the ring or fighting anxiety or something else, we are all having our own personal fights. 🤕
Mental fights within ourselves. All just as important, just as tiring. .
👉But just like a boxing opponent your coming up against, the more you know about your opponent, the more you alter your training the better your performance.
🤔But who ARE YOU LEARNING FROM FOR YOUR BATTLES?
If your trainer is teaching you darts 🎯only to find your stepping in the ring for a boxing fight at the end, well I'm afraid you choose the wrong trainer and they got you learning the wrong sport.😬😬😬
👉Make sure, whatever your challenge your going through, you find the right support and teachings which help YOU achieve your desired outcome. Learn from someone who is good at what they do and even have learn themselves to accomplish the outcome you want.
