I did the body weight challenge today, was not happy with how I did but I’ll work on it to get better.
For those who don’t know what the body weight challenge is, it’s when you put your current weight(or as close as you can get to that) on the bar and rep until failure.
I was only able to get 10x185 sitting at about 180lbs today but I’ll work on it and give another post and update soon!
I enjoyed this and want to challenge a couple others to give it a shot!
