Eine meiner Mobilitäts Routinen 🤙🏼 Es ist wichtig, dass ihr euch ausreichend mobilisiert und dehnt, da ihr so an eurer Beweglichkeit arbeitet 😉 Umso beweglicher ihr seid, desto leichter fallen euch die Übungen. Seien es Squats, Kreuzheben oder auch Liegestütze usw, ihr baut eure ROM aus und trifft noch gezielter den gewünschten Muskel ☝🏼 Aber natürlich beugt ihr auch Verletzungen vor, vorallem im Hüft und Schulterbereich. Da es oft vernachlässigt wird, klagen immer mehr Leute über Schmerzen, oder fragen mich, warum sie beim squaten Schmerzen haben und nicht so tief runter kommen... Dazu kann ich nur sagen ‼️MOBILISIERT EUCH ‼️ Die Schulter, ist der Muskel der meiner Meinung nach am meisten beansprucht wird, egal ob ihr eure Brust, den Rücken oder natürlich die Schulter trainiert, sie wird belastet. Es ist wichtig, dass eure Schulter vor jedem OK Training dynamisch gedehnt wird / mobilisiert wird. Vorallem wenn ihr älter werdet, ist es wichtig beweglich zu sein. Нужна ли критика❓ . Как вы считаете? . Я считаю, что критика - это хорошо по запросу. То есть, я попросила оценить, человек оценил. *Тут уточнение - замечания от вашего тренера, хореографа, преподавателя, начальника - это не критика, а рабочий процесс. . В остальном же, я считаю - либо поддерживай, говори добрые слова, либо молчи. . Исключение, пожалуй, если только видишь явное враньё или вредительство. Опять же - вы уверены, что компетентны на 100%? Чтобы давать оценку. . Приведу два примера: . 1️⃣ вы врач, и тут видите пост, в котором человек пишет, что вот припарка из одуванчика отлично помогает от приступа астмы, а лекарства никакие и не нужны. У человека 50 тысяч подписчиков, кто-нибудь да поверит же... . 2️⃣ видите вы пост, в нём видео, как ребенок крутит вращение - кривенько, неуверенно, точка через раз. И подпись - "учим вращение". Не "идеальный пируэт в исполнении Клавы". А "учим". Кому вы сделаете лучше, высказав, какое оно кривое и без точки? . В интернетах повсеместно развелось "экспертов", готовых высказаться на любую тему - от "тебе не идёт эта блузка" до "голодание в течение 3-х недель лечит от всех болезней". И если раньше это было призванием пенсионерок на лавочке у подъезда, то теперь такое ощущение, что полстраны сидит на этих виртуальных лавочках.

Arco/back bridge 🧲. - El arco (o back bridge) es una posición (aunque puede ser en movimiento) poco practicada y desarrollada fuera de la gimnasia 🤸🏻‍♂️ y el yoga 🧘🏻‍♂️. No es de extrañar que la mayoría de las personas que no practiquen esas disciplinas tengan poca movilidad (y fuerza) en su columna vertebral y sus hombros🤷🏻‍♂️. - Es intimidante, sin duda, como cualquier otra cosa que sentimos fuera de nuestro alcance de momento, pero no es peligroso si se tiene un buen plan para progresar ☝🏼. Al contrario, es de mucho beneficio para la mayoría, en especial si trabajas en oficina, estás sentado por mucho tiempo o encorvado sobre el celular o un libro en la escuela. - La mayoría somos forzados a pasar mucho tiempo sentados, con la cadera y la columna en flexíón, y los hombros agachados. Quizá no es 'necesario', ya que es una palabra muy fuerte, pero sí es muy importante buscar un poco de balance para contrarrestar con esta posición y con mucho movimiento lo que hacemos con este estilo de vida a nuestros cuerpos 😵. - No sólo es impresionante poder hacerlo, sino que mejora la fuerza en TODA la cadena posterior: empezando con las pantorrillas, pasando por los isquiotibiales, pero sobre todo estimulando glúteos y TODA la espalda, desde lumbares hasta la parte posterior de los hombros 💪🏼. - Quieres mejorar tu handstand/HSW? What can 90 seconds of effort accomplish in 20 days? I attempted this single stretch on the @prosourcefit yoga wheel for 20 non-consecutive days to gain back flexibility and this is what happened. I'll take it!! In addition, I feel AMAZING!!! Note: I did not hold the stretch for 90 seconds, that included set up and 2 total attempts at the stretch each time. NEW VIDEO: Like the name says, the video of this flow is done with very little talking from me.⁠ ⁠ This practice is great if you're a yoga teacher and looking for inspiration to keep your personal home practice fresh, but prefer to have a more meditative experience (without hearing all the blabbering). “I’VE NEVER BEEN FLEXIBLE” IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO STAY INFLEXIBLE. . This week I feel like sharing what my current flexibility program is. . Still working toward all splits (which were unthinkable years ago, but now inevitable if I want them), but it’s taken second fiddle to trying some new things and reprogramming some speed and power. . I train this routine 1-2x per week max and use the positions in different ways on the daily. (If you’ve “never been flexible” you need to believe in yourself more. Flexibility takes WORK if you’ve lost it). . My current routine looks like this: A1. Joint rolling (adapted from Tai Chi) B1. Butchers block (t’spine extension and lat mobility) . Then the training block...3-5 sets of each superset: C1 Loaded Butterfly (video 1) C2 7-Step Horse Stance ballistics with end range hold (video 2) D1 Couch Stretch ballistics D2 Long Lunge ballistics with end range hold E1 Split Stance Good Mornings (prioritizing these after briefly chatting with @emmetlouis ) E2 L-Sit holds . Then, cool down with breathing in these: F1 Calf Stretch G1 Pigeon H1 Supine Straddle on the wall I1 Hip Joint Rolling J1 Shaking . Total time 50 minutes. Areas targeted? Of course there are other reasons as to why this may happen besides the reasons I provided above. ⠀ 📍The muscles that if tight will inhibit the shoulder to optimally flex while front squatting. The two muscles are the latissimus dorsi which attaches to the humerus and the tricep long head which attaches to the shoulder. ⠀ 📍Thoracic extension can also impact mobility of the shoulder. L'HOMME N'EST PAS FAIT POUR PENSER À CE QU'ILS MANGE ⠀ C'est quelque chose que j'ai entendu récemment et qui m'a fait réfléchir. ⠀ Il ne faudrait pas trop penser à ce que l'on mange. ⠀ Je pense que cette phrase était plutôt vraie il y a quelques temps. ⠀ Lorsque nous n'avions qu'accès à des produits locaux et bruts. ⠀ Mais avons-nous vraiment le choix aujourd'hui ? ⠀ Je ne pense pas. ⠀ Suis ton instinct qu'ils disent. ⠀ C'est ce que font la plupart des gens. ⠀ Et je n'ai pas l'impression que ça soit pertinent. ⠀ Notre instinct alimentaire est désorienté et n'est pas préparé à évoluer dans un monde tel que le nôtre. ⠀ Nous n'avons donc d'autres choix que de nous renseigner par nous-même et de réfléchir. ⠀ Afin de comprendre que la plupart de la nourriture n'est pas produite dans un but de philantropisme mais de capitalisme. ⠀ Et en fait, je pense que plus nous réfléchirons et aurons donc un avis éclairé sur le sujet. ⠀ Plus nous pourrons recéder de nouveau de la place à notre instinct. ⠀ Là est le paradoxe et là est la beauté du truc. ⠀ Notre instinct a simplement besoin d'être éduqué. ⠀ Je terminerai sur les 5 règles de l'alimentation selon Robert Masson. ⠀ “L'alimentation doit être naturelle, équilibrée, mesurée, digeste et individualisée.” ⠀ Amen.
