Tried on some clothes today. Felt super chunk.
Just being honest.
But remember mood, hormones, feelings, can all fuck with your mind. *sigh* stay on your grind, and persist. Consistency yields the greatest fitness changes.
Drink your water, get sleep, do activity, lift some weights, walk, take the stairs, swim...just keep doing. Without health, life really sucks. I’m watching my parents deteriorate. I didn’t grow up in a very healthy household, so I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to take care of your body.
