Sense of Unity (Poem):
At the brink of a new day, not a person yet bats an eye
The dark of the night still abounds, yet the morning is nigh
Lack of light is all around; consuming, engulfing, raging with it's might
There's no doubt in my mind ideas flowing and at my height,
All of my awareness shot, but still engrossed by the tone
Ideas tell me that I shouldn't matter, what's it to be alone?
At the brink of twilight, darkness at it's strongest,
Does it softly, yet powerfully, pull me in, intentions grimmest
The sun did start to rise!
And as if by magic in the midst of twilight does it advise
Morning is near, with hope from not any else, but with light
Intentions, likewise strong, coming around to cure the blight
Misery, grief, loneliness, and trouble ran away.
Peace be with you child, easily be I with you, it is a new day.
Not long after are you filled, your cup fills to it's top
In a dark life there can it not be without light to shine the way
Keeping each other around, you see the one, for which you look, and yet,
Do you choose to keep one of the two at bay... But need you realize that yin and yang, moon and sun, are both needed, and so shall your needs be met
