Enjoying pasta that’s not even the least bit healthy but it was sooo good and one my my fav foods😍
💫Eat foods that are good for your health + foods you love while making yourself feel good. Remember that you don’t have to eat 100% healthy all the time & deprive yourself to be healthy. You won’t gain weight or be deprived of nutrients from one day of eating that’s less healthy than usual. Often many people eat a food they consider “bad” and feel guilty but the same way no one ever became skinny from eating a salad, nobody had ever became fat from eating pasta (or pizza or a donut or cookies) 💫The sooner you realize the important of balanced eating the sooner you can focus on things that should matter the most to you :) What really matters is what you eat consistently. Sooo I’m done rambling but my point is treating yourself to your favorite foods once in awhile will not affect you. 💫Making healthier versions of your favorite foods by swapping ingredients is something I love to do as well!
