My ENTIRE life I have struggled with my mornings!
As a kid I had to walk to one elementary school to catch the bus to the other elementary school across town. I can’t tell you how many times, after leaving the house late, I’d ALMOST get to the first school just to see the bus going to my school pulling away — without me 😣
In high school my house practically sat on school grounds, and I would literally NOT get out of bed till I heard the first homeroom bell going off 😴 ...again, perpetually late!
As an adult, I struggle with getting out the door in time, often late to work, rushed, chaotic, and often snappy toward people who don’t deserve it - like my kids 😔
I recognize the value in taking control of my mornings - and I also recognize the struggle... for me.
Here’s the thing: I’m consistently present. I’m consistently a hard worker. I’ve consistently worked on my health & fitness. And there are several other things I can add to that list... but I know if I can just take control of my mornings, even all those things will just. get. better.
Starting July 29th I’m making an OFFICIAL COMMITMENT to myself: 100 workouts and they will ALL happen in the morning, before anything else in my day!
I invite you to make this commitment with me... whether your struggle is the morning like me, or simply sticking to a health & fitness routine... this commitment might be just what you need!
