How are deep lifting vector threads put in? In prior videos, you’ve seen me put in threads with minimal fixation. This is good for minor lifts and for people that do not need massive lifting. When I need to create lots of lifting I fix the thread in the temporal fossa with a deep stitch that grabs onto a piece of the bone there. These threads are put into the skin from underneath but then pierce the skin and are cut unlike the other ones which are simply inserted from underneath and tied. This type of procedure has a bit more downtime but can create significant lifting when needed. Though it looks painful, our patient feels nothing and is awake during the entire procedure.
