6 sets on bench. I’ve been starting heavy, low rep so that I can get a jump start on the lift. Then I go up to 12 reps, low weight and then make my way up. I rested about a minute and half in between sets
Superset: pretty simple lifts. The flies are lying down with dumbbells, not a machine.
Circuit: a pretty solid mix of anaerobic(no oxygen, quick exercise) and aerobic(sustained power) exercises. Stiff leg, my feet were between my shoulders and when I went down, back is straight. Healthy hamstrings = healthy back.
with the Shuffles, I held a 16 pound medicine ball and shuffled about 20 yards down and back until I got fatigued and then I sprinted down and back. Then jumped right into incline bench press with a bar. Lower back off the bench, touch the top of the chest and knock em up. Then I grabbed a 10 pound dumbbell and did 30 seconds of high knees. Keep back straight and don’t lean back! Keep butt and gut engaged the whole time.
Then I decided to torture myself a little more by jumping rope for 10 minutes and every time I messed up I did 5 hanging abs and 1 suicide and then jumped right back into the rope. After I stretched for about 5 minutes and then got my nutrition in. Give it a try!
