He has established a pivotal role in the development of the studio with his knowledge and skillset expanding with every new opportunity. Hayden specializes in a range of industry design sectors including: retail, mixed-use and hospitality projects. His design approach and belief is that “Design is subjective. Meet our 2019 EmAGN committee! • Introducing Gumji Kang from @developmentvic. • Gumji is a Strategic Architect at Development Victoria, where she provides architectural and urban design advice to a vast range of projects ranging from affordable housing development to urban renewal masterplan design. She has also been spending a number of years working as a Design Studio Leader at University of Melbourne, teaching Master of Architecture students.
