Title: Last Man of the Jungle
Location: Sumatra, Indonesia
For my birthday I have decided to create another fundraiser for the Give Back to Nature project. After having the privilege to witness the beautiful Orangutang in their habitat which is being destroyed at an alarming rate mainly because of Palm oil, I made it a point to do whatever I can to help and try to make a difference. Suitable orangutan habitat in Indonesia and Malaysia has declined by more than 80% in the last 20 years. expansion of the oil palm industry is largely responsible. Around 7 million hectares is now under oil palm plantations in Indonesia but considerably more forest has been lost. Often logging occurs on the pretext of being for oil palm but merely to gain income from the timber.
Please support the project whose first goal is to plant one million trees in areas ravaged by deforestation. Every single tree counts 🌳♥️ We have already surpassed the 185K trees planted, let’s all unite and hit the 200K mark. Together we can make a difference and make sure that our children and future generations will also have the pleasure to witness these magnificent creatures and all the millions of species of animals, plants and insects that call the rainforest HOME ♥️🌎🙏 Every like, comment and share truly helps a lot.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you that have been supporting the projects. You guys are the best 🙏✨ Click the link on profile to contribute to the fundraiser ♥️🌳🌎♥️ #planttrees#givebacktonature#tree#rainforest#orangutans#indonesia#sumatra#instanature#instadaily
Title - Bound for Greatness
Location - Serengeti, Tanzania, Africa
Just in time for the release of Disney's The Lion King, @difruscia decided to release his own take of Simba, taken during one of his safari trip in the beautiful Serengeti with Discovery Photo Tours
Join @difruscia and @discoveryphototours in February 2020 for another amazing African - There’s a special and magical time of year in Tanzania when the wildebeest give birth in the Ndutu and Ngorongoro Conservation areas. The calving season takes place from January to March and during that time up to 8,000 wildebeest calves are born every single day. This is one of the absolute best times of year to witness the spectacle of the great migration during a unique time. 200 trees planted per participants that joins the safari ♥️🌳🌎♥️ https://www.discoveryphototours.com
